📜 RIDDLE CODING STORE POLICY

This store is dedicated exclusively to the sale of scripts for the RedM (CFX.re) platform. We focus on quality, security, and thoughtfully crafted tools built around real server-owner needs.

Delivery Policy

  • Scripts are delivered to your CFX.re Keymaster account automatically upon purchase through Tebex.
  • Delivery timing and asset availability are handled by Keymaster and Tebex — Riddle Coding has no control over these platforms.
  • If you are in our Discord, your Customer role is added automatically after purchase.

Refund Policy

  • A refund is issued only if a bug caused by Riddle Coding prevents the product from working as advertised and we are unable to resolve it. No refunds are given under any other circumstances while the product functions as described.
  • Updates are provided free of charge. If an update introduces an issue, we fix it — this is not grounds for a refund. (Always back up your current version before updating.)

License & Usage

  • Scripts are licensed for use exclusively within the RedM CFX.re platform, on servers you own or operate.
  • Modification of encrypted (escrowed) content is strictly prohibited. Open files (config, locales, UI) may be adjusted for your own server.
  • Reselling, sharing, leaking, or redistributing our scripts in any form is prohibited.
  • Purchases are valid only through the official Riddle Coding Tebex store.

Support & Updates

  • Support is available exclusively to verified purchasers holding the Customer role in our Discord.
  • Support covers installation, configuration, and bugs in our products — it does not cover custom modifications or issues caused by third-party scripts.
  • Updates have no fixed schedule but are tested before release. Suggestions are always welcome; implementation is at Riddle Coding's discretion.
  • Being a customer does not guarantee Discord membership: support is provided as long as you are a member in good standing. Repeated disrespect or aggression toward staff ends support and may result in removal from the store and Discord.
  • Script roles belong to one user. The original purchaser may request a one-time role transfer to another account.

Privacy

  • Your personal information is held in strict confidence and used only for order delivery and support.

Liability

  • Riddle Coding is not liable for damages, data loss, or other issues arising from the use of our scripts. Always test on a development server and keep database backups. Users assume all responsibility and risk associated with the use of our products.
  • We reserve the right to modify our products and this policy at any time; changes are announced on the store and in Discord.
